Two “Al’s” are better then one

As some of you know we are in the process of moving downtown to an awesome new building called The Edge On Princess which caters to professional, fun, friendly people in the heart of Winnipeg. When we first went to view the building we met (who would later become) our awesome property managers, Al and Allery. Since we first viewed the building we have gotten to know both of them super well, and for all their help along the way, decided what better way to repay them, but with a fun little photo session =) Al is actually all the way from New Zealand, and was pretty excited to be able to send some photos back home.

The final images in the preview (with the brick wall,) were actually taken on what will be our balcony when our unit is finished… and needless to say we are super, super, super, excited!!! Rebekka + Jason :: Love in the sky

This past weekend we had the pleasure of hanging out with two very awesome people for their wedding. Rebekka and Jason… well more so Rebekka, was sooooo excited to have us shooting their wedding, and we had enjoyed every minute with them =) The couple had a beautiful ceremony at Westminster United Church, pictures followed with an awesome stop on a downtown rooftop (we have to keep it secret,) followed by a bumpin’ reception. To Rebekka and Jason thank you so much for letting us join you on your wedding day, you guys are absolutely awesome!! Enjoy =)

Valerie + Neil :: Country Engagement

We love the country. There is something about tall golden grass, and beautiful sunshine that just screams photo location!! A little while back we hit the road to Valerie and Neil’s farm for their engagement session. Val and Neil are absolutely awesome people, and we had such a fun time wandering through their land with their two puppies taking photos along the way. After our shoot Val and Neil were nice enough to cook us dinner, and we had a great time getting to know them even more =) Following dinner we went for a quick drive to find a golden wheat field to finish up the session. Aemilia + Chris :: The Wedding

This past Saturday we had the pleasure of photographing two very wonderful people, Aemilia and Chris. These two people are beyond awesome, and we couldn’t have had a better time then with them! The couple had a beautiful ceremony followed by an awesome photo session, much of which took place at the King’s Head Pub, and then a wander through the Exchange District with the wedding party. You’ll see one picture near the bottom of the preview (you’ll know which we’re talking about) that we absolutely HAD to post =) We loved how real both Aemilia and Chris were, and we wish them nothing but absolute love in the future =)

Stacy + Steve :: The Wedding

If there is one thing we love, its small town weddings! Everyone is incredibly close, and you can’t help but feel welcome, and part of the day. We had such a great time with Stacy and Steve, their family and friends, even though the bugs were absolutely INSANE lol =) They had a beautiful ceremony in one of the nicest churches we know, followed by a rockin’ reception back in the city. Steve had one shot he really wanted us to take, so you’ll see in the photos a setup with a bow and arrow, and an apple… don’t worry its just framed to make it look like he’s pointing towards her.

To Stacy and Steve, we wish you nothing but an awesome life together =) We loved working with you guys!!! Enjoy =)
