Hey there friends =) Well it’s 1am here in Newfoundland, and we could help but come back to the hotel after Kim and Chris’ wedding in St. John’s and post a couple of photos. We had such an incredible day with them, perfect weather, perfect couple, perfect everything!! We don’t want to spoil the full surprise for the photos, so here is a quick little taste =) Tomorrow we’re headed out for what will be an epic trash the dress session, so stay tuned for more =)

We’ve made it to the edge

Hey there friends =) We just wanted to drop a quick post on the blog to let you know we’re still alive!! After our 4 day 4600km road trip we have made it to the eastern edge of Canada, and are currently hanging out in St. John’s, Newfoundland! We are so excited to be here, and so excited for the wedding on Saturday!! So just a quick note to those that have emailed us, or email us in the next couple of days, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible =) We’ll have a full post soon, now its time for a nap =)

Jill + Nikos :: Engagement Session

This evening we had the pleasure of working with Jill and Nikos. They are in town for Jill sister’s wedding tomorrow, and we figured while they were in town we’d kidnap them for a couple hours to go rock out their engagement session. We had such a great time working with them, Jill is such an incredibly bubbly person, and Nikos is absolutely hilarious dropping his blue steel on us. We can’t wait for their wedding next year =) Now on to the photos!!

Double E-Session Friday. Lindsay + Nick :: Natalie + Mark

So as we alluded to last night, we had two awesome engagement sessions this past week. First up, Lindsay and Nick. This was our third attempt to shoot this session with these two awesome people. For some reason every time we scheduled the shoot the weather turned not so nice, and it was looking like that again yesterday, but we persevered, played in the hurricane winds, and actually had the sun peek through the clouds for us at one point.

Earlier in the week on a bright and sunny evening, we met with Natalie and Mark for their engagement session. We had an awesome time laughing with the two of them, and for some reason (I think Jess prompted it) we got on the topic of ice cream and sorbet… so needless to say after we were finished shooting, we headed out with Nat and Mark for a tasty frozen treat =)

Lisa + Ben :: Engagement Session

We love when we meet couples that have the same height difference as me and Jess =) It works very well relating to things such as stiff necks, and sore backs for us poor guys who have to bend over all the time ;-) but in the end we know its totally worth it. We met Lisa and Ben for their engagement session at Assiniboine Park Zoo, and then headed over to the Leo Mol Sculpture Gardens for their session, and had some beautiful weather to boot =)
