Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!

Hey there friends =) We just wanted to dedicate a post to all of our awesome clients, blog visitors, and family. We wanted to thank you for all your love and support over the past year, and for letting us be part of your lives! We wanted to thank you all for everything, and wish you nothing but an awesome holiday season with your friends and family =) We are absolutely beyond excited for 2010, and can’t wait for it to get rolling, its going to be an absolutely awesome year!!!

We will be closed till early in the new year for a little break and to enjoy the holiday season =) Definitely feel free to still call and email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible =) Happy holidays friends, here is a silly picture of us from a recent session with our family =)

Lani + Joseph (aka “Archie”)

Last week on a beautifully warm December day we met with Lani and Archie for a quick winter engagement session. Archie lives out in British Columbia and was in town for a few days so we met for a pre-engagement session, session. We have an early summer session planned with them, but thought we should take advantage of Archie being in town for a couple days. Enjoy the preview =)

Part One of the Western Road Trip

Back at the beginning of November we decided we needed to get away from Winnipeg for a few days to relax, and enjoy a little time just the two of us, as well visit some family living out in British Columbia.

To lead into this first part of the video, it includes some footage as we travel across the wide open Prairies, enjoying our time on the road. The video then leads into our second morning as we left Calgary for the freshly covered snowy Rocky Mountains. Part of the trip we planned in advance was a very cool helicopter tour of the Columbia Ice Field through a great company called Ice Field Helicopter Tours. The tour, and the view of the mountains was absolutely incredible, and it was a great way to view the world from another perspective.

After leaving the tour, we continued on our way west, and the video ends as we pass through Revelstoke on our way to Jake’s aunt and uncle’s place just outside of Salmon Arm. Stay tuned for the second part of our trip coming to the blog soon =) Enjoy!

A little photo fun with the family =)

A few years back, we did a photos session with Jess’ family just prior to Christmas… three years later we have had a few additions to the family and figured it was time to update those shots. We had everyone over and had a fun little photo session in our kitchen, and this is what we came up with =)
