The wait is over =) Our first post from the most incredible wedding we have ever had the pleasure of being part of. We were lucky enough to join Melissa and Kirk for their beautiful wedding on the island of Maui. We cannot imagine to more wonderful people to spend 10 days in paradise with. We hope you enjoy our moving picture, and the first few stills of the day, we have a whole pile of more goodies to post from their wedding in the coming days so stay tuned.
Just a word of warning, you may want to have a few tissues near by when you watch the video, when I first showed Jess when I was finished editing, she was in tears =) Also be warned if you have had a glass of wine or two, the tissue warning is double.

Well yesterday it finally happened…. My first solo flight! The wind was pretty crazy, but my check ride instructor figured I could handle it, and sent me on my way in to the sky =) In terms of a time in my life, the 12 minutes I was alone in the plane, was probably some of the coolest minutes of my life, and definitely one of those moments you never forget =) It’s really hard to explain what I love about flying so much… its something I’ve dreamed about since I was a kid, and it’s a really neat thought that there might be another young kid on the ground looking up at the plane thinking to themselves that one day they’ll fly too.
