Winnipeg Wedding Photographers - Kampphotography
Later into 2009 we decided to hit the road for the west side of the country, after traveling all the way to the east coast it only made sense. We embarked on a trip to the Rocky Mountains in late October, and met with all sorts of crazy weather, from balmy summer like temperatures, to cold snow covered highways… it was pretty wild driving which you can see in the photos =)

Ok firstly, ignore the title, the photos weren’t really lost lol, the title just sounded good. One large part of our 2009 season was a wedding on the eastern most edge of Canada in St John’s, Newfoundland. Instead of taking the quick 4 hour flight route, we decided that before gas prices were to high, and we had to many mini Kampers, we’d hit the ol’ dusty trail and drive all the way to the east coast.
When we got back to Manitoba after the 10,000km drive we posted photos from Kim + Chris’ Wedding, but totally forgot to post the rest of our “vacation” photos =) Enjoy!

A little preface to this post. We have decided that on days when we don’t have anything new or exciting to blog about, maybe we could look back in time a little to weddings shot before the blog, just fun shots, our favs, that kind of good stuff =)
August long weekend 2006 – Tammy and Kent
The day was full of wild weather, sunny, thunder storm, sunny, thunder storm, power outage before dinner…. It was also the weekend the tornados struck north of Lac Du Bonnet, but Tammy and Kent were both incredibly beautiful and humble people, that took it all in stride. Their wedding is still one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had.
